  • Do you accept insurance?
    Right now, we're not accepting insurance. We're a cash only practice and do not submit claims to insurance companies. Talk to your provider about creating a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  • How do I get my prescriptions?
    Your prescriptions will be electronically sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Alternatively, some medications will be sent overnight to the address you provide us.
  • Do I need to get labs done?
    Depending on your history, physical, and care that's being rendered, no labs are required. However, we do provide services that do require labs. Labs will be done and discussed by your provider. Send us an email to discuss further!
  • What if the times available online do not fit my calendar?
    Your time and health is the most important to us! Send us an email or leave us a message online letting us know what days / times are best with your schedule and a provider will reach out!
  • I live in Florida but not local to Clearwater, FL. Can you still help me?
    Florida licensees can already provide telehealth services to patients in Florida that they can treat in person. No additional registration or certification is required. Right now, we can see patients in Florida and in Texas.
  • What happens after the 22 week weight loss program? Do I start back from the beginning?
    First, we thank you for entrusting us with your weight loss journey! After your program, we will do another consultation and talk about your future goals and devise a customized plan that fits you!
  • What if I want to increase or decrease my dosage in your program?
    We understand that every client is unique and so are their goals. All of our programs are designed to be amended and curated to fit your lifestyle. Please consult with us before deviating from the program to ensure you're obtaining the optimal care.
  • Do you have a referral program?
    Almost! We're still working out the kinks with our payment processor to incorporate a referral program. For now, let your provider know who you referred and after confirmation we will apply a $100 discount to your next visit :).
  • I've done Weight Loss / Testosterone Replacement Therapy / Hormone Replacement Therapy / vitamins / etc at other clinics in the past with specific dosing. Can you do the same?
    Yes! We work with all walks of life and frequently get clients that worked with our clinics. First step is to talk with one of our providers about what you're trying to accomplish then we go from there!
